For our project locations in Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we are looking for a driven Project Leaders. You are the spider in the web and ensure that projects from A to Z run smoothly, from quotation to delivery.
Proceedings
- Leading projects: You control teams and monitor the progress of projects in terms of time, money and quality.
- Contact with clients: You are the customer point of contact and build sustainable relationships.
- Technical and organisational: You translate customer wishes to feasible technical solutions, prepare schedules and monitor budgets.
- Solution-oriented thinking: You identify bottlenecks early and come up with creative and pragmatic solutions.
Function requirements
- You have proven experience as a project leader, preferably in an international or cross-border environment.
- HBO work and thinking level.
- You are Multilingual: an excellent mastery of Dutch and/or English is a tough requirement. Knowledge of Turkish is a nice plus.
- You have communicative skills and know how to motivate and direct people at all levels.
- You're in possession of VCA.–certification
- You have a valid license
