Work preparation Construction
If Work preparation Construction are responsible for the technical, organizational and human preparation of our projects. You form the link between the office and construction site and ensure that the execution can be done efficiently and according to schedule.
Through your preparation, planning and coordination, projects are successfully realized. You work closely with performers, project leaders, and subcontractors.
Proceedings
The work within this job job preparation consists of:
- Technical preparation and preparation of construction projects
- Application, evaluation and comparison of tenders
- Preparing purchasing paths and monitoring delivery times
- Preparation and monitoring of project plans
- Planning and coordinating staff in consultation with project management
- To identify technical bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders
You work simultaneously on multiple projects and monitor quality, progress, staff deployment and costs.
Function requirements Work preparation Construction
For this work preparation build vacancy We ask:
- A few years of relevant work experience as a work preparation in construction
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably towards Architecture
- Good organisational skills and technical insight
- A precise, structured and proactive working attitude
- Good communication skills
- VCA VOL (or willing to make it quickly)
- Driving licence B
